How is that for perseverance? I am not a flower expert, but I know enough to know that most flowers do not normally bloom through snow! We can take a lesson from that little flower, and as Julie Andrews once said, “Perseverance is failing nineteen times and succeeding the twentieth.”
To celebrate perseverance and encourage you in your life, we have created a new movie to go with BJ Gallagher’s book, The Best Way Out is Always Through. Click here to watch the movie, share it with your friends!

Music Soothes The Soul
Just what is it that makes me so happy today?
Fast tapping Christmas music that I love to play.
As we approach the birthday of the One we love,
I know that He can hear the music up there far above!
Doesn’t it seem funny to think of Jesus fast tapping along.
I’m sure He joins the Angel Chorus when they sing a lovely song.
There is no doubt that some of those songs are all about Him,
And we know too that our Bible has songs that are all about them!
How wonderful it is to have lyrical thoughts way down here below.
Can you imagine the Angels singing, “Somewhere Over The Rainbow?”
Just think of them singing a beautiful Christmas song,
With Jesus sitting on the throne with His foot just tapping along!
The Thanksgiving season has passed but our thanks must never end.
Some things that we should all be thankful for will very soon begin.
The birthday of our dear Jesus, our Savior, Lord and King.
To Him we must always give thanks for every single thing!
Jesus inspires the music that will surely soothe our soul.
It’s the kind of music that makes the broken hearted whole.
We live in a world today that’s filled with sadness and deadly war.
Families are often torn apart when duty calls loved ones from afar!
We all must stand up for our leaders who daily seek the peace.
We must also ask our God to keep us safe until all wars have ceased.
We’re fortunate indeed that our God promotes tranquility.
He’ll help us overcome the evil force that only provokes hostility!
