		<description>Change to many is a scarey thing.  Change takes courage and facing the possibility that we may have failed in some way.  There are 2 ways to look at change:  1. Fear of the unknown which can cripples us OR 2. Anticipation of a bright new begining which renews our goals.</description>

		<description>I have noticed that before any change can be made in life it is very essential that we accept the present situations, people and their characteristics including ourselves.
Acceptance of what we are are more essential than the acceptance of others.
Once we accept our own strengths and weaknesses as perceived by us based on our own observations and the feed back received from the people we interact then the first need is to change ourselves. 
I have experienced that once we change our attitude many of the incongruencies noticed in others change by itself.
In an organisation it is essential to be a leader who commands respects by one&#039;s own qualities than by the positions held by us.
Hence acceptance is the key to any change.</description>
