You’ve practiced for thousands of hours to get to this point. You don’t just think your team can pull it off. You know it.

You need everyone on the team to do what their supposed to do, because if you have a few people that don’t care about the team then the team as a whole will not exceed to their potential.
This out of them all was the best one ,the most inspiring and the most understanding.
Teamwork is about trusting yourself and others. Setting goals and achieving them with perfection. No matter where you are, or who you’re with, you are always representing your team.
There is no “I” in teamwork this video proves that point. It also talks about what it takes to be an effective team which is helpful.
Teamwork is way more than working together it’s also being able to trust each other. You need to believe your teammates always our giving their all and they will trust you too. When the games on the line, you need to trust your teammates will run the play right or will hit the shot. To be the ultimate team, you need to have the most teamwork and trust in your teammates.
This movie really explains the meaning of a team. It really tells you that your whole team is a part of the process of winning and becoming one team instead of individual people. Every teammate must accept responsibility and trust every other member of the team and that they will carry out the things expected of them.

Teamwork is all about being dedicated, you have to be able to trust your teamate and be able to rely on them. As a team you have to work together for best performance and function.
I’ve never really realized how much you need every person on your team, in order to change the world, with out everyones help you cant create a dream! Take life as it comes and make the right decisions.

Team work….the most important aspect in life. This movie showed me that its much more than I thought, it really proved that there is no I in team and to get it done we all have to work to gather.

after that every one works together and then
if anyone in the team makes a mistake the team leader is in charge of the team…
