The teamwork video really describes what a team is like. If you don’t trust them, then what is the point of even being there? If you made the team, you should be there everyday, and pay attention to what you have to do. Once you make the team, your team is depending on you.

Cool movie with a good perspective on teamwork. Great example with using the blue angels. I once saw them at Alabama and they were amazing.
There is no “I” in team. Each and every person is part of the team and each person has their own quality the completes the team. This relates me to dance because we all have to work unison to get the routine right. If someone is trying to be better than everyone else and not work with the team, the dance just does not work.

TEAMWORK is huge, now as a kid you try to be a team with your friends, sports, and sometimes family. But when you grow up knowing that there is no I in team you can do good in your jobs, college, and with your family.

Teamwork requires participation from all members of the team…you need to work together as one to reach your goal. If one person doesn’t help then it could destroy all of the others hopes because that one person let them ALL down.
The movie The Power of Teamwork is very inspiring. It is true that teamwork is really important to work together, but while doing so, you need to know your individual work is important in perfection. Even if a team member criticizes your ability to do something, you should not get down on yourself. You need to keep trying, because without your best effort your team cannot be completly perfect.
Being apart of a team takes loyalty and determination and in order to be part of a team, you need to want to work hard to do all of this.
